Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed , it cannot be cancelled. Renova India, however, reserves the right to cancel the order on our end, due to human error on stock availability or pricing inconsistencies. at any point in time. For cancellation related queries contact us via mail on info@renovapaper.in.


Refunds & Returns Policy

In the event that we cancel the order, order amount will be returned to you via the same mode it was placed as per payment gateway policies at the time and if payment gateway return fails then refund will be made to the same person account. 

In an unlikely event that that your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.

Our business hours are 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at  info@renovapaper.in and we will respond at the earliest.


Customer Service

Renova India is committed to providing the best customer service to its customers. We will endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are usually between 2-4 business days for dispatching the shipment; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 3 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.

 

Measurements/dimensions/colours of products

As with most products globally, Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension, colour delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
